Write to us

The address is hello@candyshortsnsfwseries.com. We read everything and answer within a few business days.

Good reasons to write: a fact that is out of date, such as an episode count, a price or a Spicy tag. A typo. A series you think deserves a page. A question about how the site works.

What we cannot help with

We do not run Candy.ai and cannot see your account, tokens or billing. For a charge, a refund or a login problem, go to Candy.ai support.

We also cannot remove anything from Candy.ai itself. If your concern is about material on Candy.ai, contact Candy.ai directly.

What this site hosts

We host no episodes. The only media here are posters and short previews taken from the official Candy Shorts catalogue, plus our own text.
